Pic: Amitabh Bachchan in Department

Amitabh Bachchan published his look from Ram Gopal Varma’s Department on Twitter. It sort of resembles his look from Sarkar.

He also announced that he won’t have a major role to play in the film “And then the ‘Department’ ..the next with RGV .. a small cameo role, but interesting and sharp !!!”

Department stars Naseeruddin Shah, Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Vijay Raaz, Abhimanyu Singh and Anjana Sukhani.

Check out the first look and do tell us what you think

  • The Big B, is one of the most talented and fine looking stars of the Bollywood. He is in the industry for forty years or so, and yet still possess great charm and star-power, which few stars have.

The Big B, has attained the status in the industry where he should accept the p r i me roles best suited for his personality.

If one looks the 1970s period AB was portrayed as an angry young man and this continued for the era. later in 1980s, he had a more mature look with diversified roles in which he emerged on screen which most of us admire.

It would be not incorrect to say that AB is the gentleman of Bollywood who gets better with the passage of time.

We have seen him in current films of 2011 and in most movies he stills hold the magic and impresses the audience who appreciates and at the same time many of us recollect his great yesteryear films of 1970s when he was young, but aggressiveness and timely execution of dialog and control over the lines is the bench mark of AB.

AB, is the asset of Bollywood, and like many other super stars like Salman Khan. Shahrukh and others AB shines high in terms of seniority and talent and should be an inspiration for the newer stars.

In the new film, pictured above, role of AB looks distinct, but to make this role a true success, equally good main stream actors support is vital. More over it is the story of the film which counts and it would be a nucleus for any good production banner.

We hope, the new title should be powerful enough in its key departments to satisfy the most hardhitting critic and the ordinary cinegoer (who is very important) should be be happy at the theater while actually watching the “department”.

We look forward to see our favorite stars in the forthcoming films, and we wish all the success to th team.
