The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has congratulated Bollywood superstar Salman Khan once again for his efforts towards Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India campaign).
“Once again, Salman Khan makes a distinct & appreciable effort towards a Clean India. I congratulate him.” PM Modi tweeted.

On Republic Day, Salman had urged his fans to contribute towards a cleaner India and has even promised to nominate 100 of his followers every month.
His post on his official Facebook page read:
The Honorable Prime Minister nominated me for the Swachh Bharat campaign and I have cleaned and painted three villages in Maharashtra so far. I intend to continue with this initiative, but Swachh Bharat is not about what one of us can do. It’s about what each of us can do.
So today, on Republic Day, I am taking this campaign social. I will nominate 100 followers a month for Swachh Bharat. Please start a sustainable Swachh Bharat initiative in and around your area of work or residence or both. Upload your before and after pictures or videos. Five of the best initiatives will get special mention on my Facebook page and also win a prize each.

@Baadshah- It is not been proved that Salman Khan killed that pedestrian then y u r saying like this. And in BlackBuck case, he shooted only one blackbuck not animals only an animal. I heard somewhere that, in that place many people used to kill these type of species at that time but Salman Khan was unlucky because his driver told this to police.
