Subhash Kapoor is a happy man these days. The trailer of his upcoming film ‘Jolly LLB’, which releases in cinemas on Mar 15, has been liked by one and all.
The talented director has also signed the biggest film of his career – as Kapoor is all set to direct the third instalment in the iconic Munnabhai series.
Unfortunately though, the first shooting schedule will only begin early 2014, so the film might release late next year or early 2015.
“Right now, I am completely tied up with Jolly L.L.B and after the film’s release, we will start scripting for Munnabhai. So most probably the film will go on floors early next year.”
Asked about the film title ‘Munnabhai Chale Delhi’ which is currently doing the rounds, Kapoor says “I don’t know from where this Munnabhai Chale Delhi has come from. Nothing has been finalised yet. Once Raju Hirani gets free from PK (Aamir Khan starrer), we will sit together and discuss the film.”
“Right now only one thing has been finalised that I will be direct the film. The leading lady will decided as the script evolves. Yes, Sanjay and Arshad are also part of the film..” he concludes.
