PM Modi, Amitabh, Sachin wish ‘Bharat Ratna’ Lata Mangeshkar on her 87th birthday

Some of the biggest names in the country took to Twitter to wish ’Bharat Ratna’ Lata Mangeshkar on her 87th birthday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachhcan, cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar and the Oscar winning music composer A.R. Rahman were some of the many legends who wished Mangeshkar.

Referred to as the Indian Nightingale, Lata has lent her voice to hundreds of actors and films over a career spanning several decades.
