Director Milan Luthria has managed to reunite the much-loved lead cast of his 2010 film ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’, as Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi will once again share screen-space in his upcoming film ‘Baadshaho’.
Ajay delivered one of his career-best performances in the first ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ film, where he played the role of Sultan Mirza. Emraan was also impressive as Shoaib Khan, a character supposedly based on real-life gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
Apart from Ajay and Emraan, the film will also feature Vidyut Jammwal, Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta. ‘Baadshaho’ will go on floors in August this year. The music will be composed by Ankit Tiwari. The dialogue and story will be written by Rajat Arora.
“It’s an exciting line-up, as all the actors play characters they’ve never done before. While Ajay is a man of the soil, impulsive and stubborn, Emraan’s turn is rustic and twisted. On the other hand, Vidyut plays a cocky guy, while Ileana’s character is a charmer, who has people eating out of her hands. Esha’s character is a no-nonsense chick. All of them have shades of grey”
“It’s a 15-day schedule to be shot on a set in Mumbai, after which we head to Rajasthan in November and stay on till December. We are yet to finalise the exact locations in Rajasthan and will be going on a recce sometime next month.” Luthria said.
Baadshaho is a thriller set in the Emergency era of the 1970s.
Looks interesting. Ajay Devgan is always superb in shade of grey role. Happy that vidhyut jambal is getting chance.

Ileana da Cruz should be in cloud 9 by now. Back to back movies with 2 Grade A superstars. I hope Rustam becomes a big hit. Eemran needed this boost as @Aisha ji said. With Ajay he is very safe. Godbless the movie and Rustam too.
Magic of ouatim will be recreated in baadshaho by ajay-emraan combo and vidyut jamwal as well also can’t wait for shivaay, rustom, md and sultan
