Aamir Khan, who is playing a wrestler in his upcoming film ‘Dangal’, has wrapped up the 2-month long Ludhiana (Punjab) schedule of the film.
While there were reports that the superstar had to delay the shoot because of his injury, a source close to the film has now said that his injury was blown out of proportions, both by the film’s PR machinery and the media.
The injury is not serious and the shoot of the film was not affected.
A source said “Aamir Khan did not collapse on location. Nothing that dramatic happened. Everything to do with him these days is blown out of proportion. If Aamir gets over-emotional for no seeming reason, his team seems equally over-the-top determined to generate interest.”
A source from the film’s shooting unit, confirmed the same.
“Aamir did have a mishap. He suffered a shoulder spasm. And yes, he was in a lot of pain. But he didn’t collapse or anything. The sequence that was being shot was wrapped up and we all dispersed.”
The ‘Dangal’ team has left Ludhania, the dates of the next schedule will be finalised soon.
“We are done with the Ludhiana schedule. And we’ve left the city. The next schedule is yet to be decided” the source added.

@Challa you have really lost your sense. Srk has done more classics than aamir? Where and when? Amongst what you mentioned in the list, many of them are not classics still you are manipulating. The only ones that were classics are Swadesh, CDI, K3G, and KHKN.
Note, DDLJ is a popular romantic movie and a successful movie of 1990s but that doesnt make it a classic. Classic is only about the content and movie which has appeal to the beauty of realism and high on content without any unrealistic. So dont manipulate. Understand the difference. Dont be blind fanatic. There is difference between popular/successful films and classic films.

@Challa I agree that 1947-earth was most underrated Aamir film and I must say his only performance as a negative role, I don’t think Fanaa and d3 comes in negative role, specially Dhoom 3. Being a thief doesn’t make you a negative hero. Only dhoom 1 had negative character element while dhoom 2 & 3 didn’t have negative roles.
1947-Earth was an acclaimed film which receive high critical score on various platform on international market. Its popular song was “Rut aa gayi re”. You need to watch that movie. It is little not slow but it will shake your heart when the films progress to its climax.
