Ladies vs Ricky Bahl released in theaters today and the response has been lukewarm. For the morning shows, the occupancy was best in North India, Mumbai and Bangalore (around 30%). The noon shows witnessed a better response (40%).
Made on a budget of around Rs 24 – 25 crores, revenues from satellite rights, home video rights etc will recover more than 50% of it’s investment. While Yashraj will be disappointed with the initial response, the film is expected to pick-up on Saturday and Sunday.
HIT or Flop prediction: We expect the weekend to be about 16 – 18 crores. HIT or FLOP would then depend on how well it sustains over the weekdays. Having watched the film, it should end up somewhere in between. Average at the box-office, but Yashraj should make some decent profits.

guys i have just come back from movie and without a doubt, it is scrap movie and has no fate at boxoffice. even yashraj banner cannnot help collection at all. i suggest to stay back and go out with friend & family to some good picnic spot instead.

@Indicine-If we include all the profits of distributors rights,satellite & music rights etc then it will be hard for any movie to get Flop!
Ok movie, surely it will recover its budget
it will be above average 4 sure , as there r holidays nd there is no compition untill don 2 , and many people saying it flop , bt i think its far better than other movies release this year nd called as blockbustor , like murder 2
