Business-wise today is an important day for Krrish 3, as it’s second Saturday collections could well decide if the film can eventually go on to be the highest grosser of all time.
Occupancy for the morning shows was about the same as Friday, but from around 4PM onwards, business has picked up in every circuit of India. Even in cities like Bangalore where the film has under-performed in the last 4 days, evening and nights shows at multiplexes had close to 100% occupancy.
There are reports that family audiences, especially kids, have come out in numbers to watch their favourite superhero on the big screen.
If the advance booking for the late night shows is anything to go by, Krrish 3 is almost certain to collect more than 13 crore on its 9th day at the box office. We are expecting bigger numbers!

ce clearly beats 3I .if k3 beats ce there will be lots of confusion because k3 inclueds tamil & telgu dubbed version and there is big difference between producer and boi figure.
@ indicine 3 idiots and dabbang perfect example for those who said boi is not trusted site…if u match boi and bollywood hungama (taran adarsh) number for both movies then you see boi num r higher for some weeks and according to boi 3 idiots 202.47 cr not by BH AND TARAN as they report for three weeks at 170 cr after not include any num and not even in 2009 list…now a days boi saw less collection for CE around 20 cr but for K3 case 45 cr for 8 days and how this acceptable as taran stops quoting num for k3 for friday and also indicine u also know dub version can’t be include when compare to hindi movies..This will hard 2 accepte as HR and K3 fan but 45 cr diffrent not acceptable

@yash:at that time ,there were less screens.but now a days,they have been increased .how come a huge movie like k3 with 4100 screens can do 15 crs only on 2nd day? ?
Average occupancy is believed to be over 55%, may even go over 60%. So, yeah, 13 crores is possible on 2nd Saturday, which is terrific! Krrish-3 has indeed set a new benchmark for sci-fi superhero films in India by its technology and business.
