Katti Batti has collected Rs 5.28 crore on its opening day at the box office. The film started slow in the morning, but business escalated towards the end of the day, giving the film a decent first dat at the ticket window.
The fate of the Imran Khan – Kangana Ranaut starrer will now be dependent on the growth in business on both Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday, the occupancy for the morning shows was about the same as Friday, but evening onwards the film has picked up at multiplexes.
#IndicineFBO: We predicted Rs 4.6 crore as the opening day business of Katti Batti. Up until evening, the film looked like it was heading towards a total of around 4.5 crore, but the evening growth has meant that our prediction was off by around 14%.
