It seems, post the success of Wanted, Salman Khan has suddenly become more serious about his career. He is signing films, left, right and center. What’s good though is, most of them look pretty interesting.
After Mr India 2, Salman Khan has been signed on, this time by Sajid Nadiadwala for the sequel of the David Dawan directed 1997 smash-hit Judwa.
The movie will star Salman Khan, once again in a double role and the sequel too will be directed by David Dhawan “David is working on giving Salman’s character a special new spin. We’ll give the two Salman’s a very different look and the story moves ten years ahead but Salman is still as boyish as he used to be” informs Sajid Nadiadwala.
After Dhawan’s script is complete, the movie is expected to go on floors around May next year.
Judwa 2 should release in 2011.
And Kareena it seems, will most likely be a part of the sequel, replacing her sister Karishma..
Bhai is roaring for hits after M.I.2 N.E.2 and now JUDWA 2 and dabaang and kick and more all on d intresting part and inshallah on a road to victory bhai is giving every reason to smile
THIS IS SO AWESOME BECUASE I JUST LOVED THE FIRST JUDWAA. IT HAD GREAT COMEDY, MUSIC, SOME ACTION. AND HOPEFULLY THE SUPPORTING ACTORS LIKE KADER KHAN, ANU PAMKHER, AND SHAKTI KAPOOR ARE THERE AS WELL THIS FILM SOUNDS MORE INTERESTING THEN PARTNER 2.

bebo is noty lucky for salman , kiyo ke and mamk both flops, she has good chemistry with akki , like aitraaz , ajnabi , KI ,
but bebo will suite for that kind of role which lolo did in judwa

Good news. I liked the original.
Just sharing a personal opinion. I believe that Salman is far better in serious roles as compared to his comic ones. But then he was brilliant in the comic scenes of London Dreams.
I seriously hope that he reforms his comedy timing in this sequel as well…as Salman is one actor who has a tendency to perform below his talent. He is so Talented and yet he has always wasted himself in low-quality roles (Suryawanshi, Nischey, Chandar Mukhi etc in the 90’s and God tussi Great ho etc. in the 00’s.
He is immensely talented and he deserves to realise how talented he is.

Wow – Judwa 2 is great news indeed!! No one can play a tapori better than Salman Khan.
But for heaven’s sake don’t take Kareena ever. If it was Rambha and Karisma in Judwa, it should be either Katrina and Mallika or Katrina and Deepika with Salman this time or any combination but certainly not Kareena. It would be better to have even Rambha than Kareena. Pl heed this advice. Everyone seems to feel the same way – Salman, are you listening?? Anyway, Salman is going the right way with a terrific line up of films.

Even though I don’t like Katrina Kaif I think that it will be good to see her opposite Salman’s character Prem. In Judwaa Rambha was opposite the character Prem and she didn’t have to do any real acting for her role. Since Katrina doesn’t know how to act, the role of Rambha’s character will suit her!!!!!!
Judwa 2 will be a lower budget film will hope for Super hit
