After 3 Idiots and Chennai Express, Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3 has become the 3rd film to join the 200 crore club. While the Hindi version of the film has collected Rs 194 crore net, the grand total including Telugu and Tamil is Rs 206.35 crore.
Last week, Krrish 3 joined the 100 crore club in less than 4 days. Now, the Rakesh Roshan directed film has become the fastest ever to the 200 crore club.
The risk that the Roshans took attempting a film like Krrish 3 has paid off, as the significant increase in business over the weekend suggests that the film has been liked by the target audience – kids and families.

Still K3 is behind from 200 crores, 188 crores approx what they collect from hindi version that will only the collectioin which will count after the lifetime run of the movie as like the previous films RA.one. Don 2, TDP. We have seen over the last couple of years or so that collections of Bocofficeindia.com are lower than collections reported by trade analysts like Taran Adarsh, Komal Nahta, Joginder Tuteja etc…but mostly the difference has been around 10% only…..However, for Krish 3 this difference is huge, much more than 10%….Can u please clarify?
I believe this difference arises on account of BOI not considering assured business income to single screen theater owners while others tend to include that in collections…..Is this correct?

Krrish 3 collected 31 crore nett in its wecond weekend to take its business to 153 crore nett. It is the second highest collection ever for the second weekend after 3 Idiots which collected around 33 crore nett.
The weekend breakdown was as follows
Friday – 7.50 crore
Saturday – 10.50 crore
Sunday – 13 crore
The film will be the highest grossing film ever in Rajasthan, Bihar and Orissa, a couple of other circuits may join the list but it still remains to be seen if the film can get to 200 crore nett. The third will probably determine whether it gets there or not.
