Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan spoke about his rumoured films: Aashiqui 3 with T-Series and Yash Raj Films’ Thug directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. He also spoke about the sequel to Bang Bang, which is rumoured to star Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandes in the lead.
At the launch event of the ‘Dheere Dheere Se’ song, Hrithik was first asked about his presence in the third ‘Aashiqui’ film.
“Aashiqui 3? You want me to do it? Ok, I’ll think about it. I loved him (Bhushan Kumar) so much as producer, that I myself have gone to him and said that you have to produce a film for me. So let him think. Give him some time.”
However, Bhushan said that the film is currently in the planning stage.
Moving on to ‘Bang Bang 2’, Hrithik was asked why he isn’t a part of the second film, which has apparently disappointed a lot of his fans.
“What do I say? I don’t know why they didn’t take me. Ask them (smiles)” Hrithik said.
When asked about the much talked about YRF film opposite Deepika Padukone, Hrithik said he is not in a position to confirm the news just yet.

Vijay Krishna Acharya being the director of the movie rumors must be false ones. I can’t take him seriously after his direction in Tashan and Dhoom 3.

HR is definitely third biggest superstar after salmir. I think in fan following hrithik is far ahead of Srk. If hrithik would do more films than srk would be behind to him as well.
@Buddha thullu so indirectly you accepted that dhoom 3’s director wad crap and still it became ATBB. That shows the star power of biggest megastar of Bollywood aamir khan. His star power was the sole reason why the so called mediocre dhoom 3 still broke all records and was first 250 Cr club movie and also came close to 300 Cr club. No one can beat the biggest megastar of Bollywood aamir khan.
What a brilliant interview by Hrithik . After a long time i heard something from Hrithik . There has been a lot of speculation about HR’s upcoming movies after Mohenjo Daro . I don’t think Fox Star and Sid should make BB 2 . Bang Bang was a ok movie so it does not deserve a sequel . If they are thinking then it is impossible without Hrithik . No Actor can do such kind of action done by him in Bang Bang . As for A3 i think if it is made then it should be a Mature Love Story . A2 was a average movie for me at least the 2nd Half was . The music was brilliant . So if it is made it should be different . As for Thug i don’t think it is confirmed as of now . It is looking like a huge movie because it is produced by Adi Chopra . One thing that bothers me about Thug is Victor . Tashan was stupid and Dhoom 3 absolutely crap . I have read from some sources that this will be the most expensive movie produced by YRF . So if Hrithik signs this movie then it will be huge but the movie should be good . There is one more movie which will be directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by Ekta Kapoor tentatively titled Bazaar which is based on Stock Market . It is a 2 Hero movie so i hope there is a official announcement . It is a long wait for Mohenjo Daro but it will be worth the wait . There is a saying in English Good Things Take Time and Mohenjo Daro and Dangal will prove this statement true . Aamirs ‘mediocre’ film became an ATBB- explain that old man before spouting nonsense day n night. Brand power only takes you so far n star power takes you to 100cr except for Joker Boy where 60cr is a struggle. Victor is a very very bad director as Tashan proved but Aamir made Dhoom 3 the success it went onto become despite huge drawbacks like Uglay Chopra n Jadoo Bachchan…!
I want Victor to direct Jadoo Boy in THUG just to prove not how crap he or jadoo boy is but prove beyond any doubt that Dhoom 3 was all about Aamir the ghost director/ megastar…!
