The industry took notice of Kriti Sanon’s impressive performance in ‘Heropanti’ and filmmakers lined-up to sign her for their films.
She signed the biggest film of her career when Akshay Kumar recommended her name for ‘Singh Is Bling’. However, soon after news broke out that she was in contention to play the lead in Rohit Shetty’s next with Shahrukh Khan, came reports that Amy Jackson had replaced Kriti in the Prabhu Deva directed film.
While Rohit hasn’t officially announced his film, Kriti has hinted that since ‘Singh Is Bling’ was getting delayed, her dates allotted to other films were clashing.
“I’m not doing ‘Singh Is Bling’ now. I think you all must have read. The film was getting delayed for many reasons. Now when the film is starting, its dates are clashing with my other projects, so I chose not to do it” Kriti told reporters during an event here in Mumbai.
Calling it a ‘mutual decision’, Kriti also said that Amy Jackson is perfect for the role.
“It is a mutual decision. Producer Ashvini Yardi and I tried a lot to work out the dates, but nothing worked. Then we mutually decided that I step out of the film. Now Amy Jackson is doing the film. Since I know the script, I can say she suits the role perfectly and I wish her all the best.”
Like most other stars, she refused to talk about her presence in Rohit Shetty’s film, even though she did drop a hint.
“I’m really sorry as I won’t be able to comment on that film right now. Wait for some more time, you will hear everything about the film.. I will talk about the film when the time is right.”
And I forgot to mention one point.

@ gj007, sunnys dhai kilo ka haath dialogue is enough to punch your bhuvan, rancho, swades, every one remembers that dialogue, as far as number of hits are considered, sunnys hits are more than that of srk and aamir, gadar is way ahead of pk, d3, ek tha tiger, hny. and if i am not wrong akshay won his only filmfare award for ajnabee, about three genuine roles that is in ghayal, ghatak, jeet. Please google and you will see that at one point even pakistani cricketers were fans of sunny deol inspite of the fact that he bashed pakistan in many of his films, the reason was his intensity and killer instinct he portrayed, even 20 people fight with one sunny seemed real that is rare today
i am not talking about present you fool, i am talking about time when sunny deols movies were regularily releasing about 10-15 years back, he is now almost 60 years old, lets see where khans will be after 10 years, also as far as imdb is considered baby has higher points than pk, 3 idiots please check that

Talk about hit to flop ratio of angry sunny and you’ll see Aamir and SRK are his grand-daddies! And his 3rd grade Sadak chap dhai kilo ka hath dialogue became popular because of its sheer ridiculousness and insanity. Similar to how Gunda became popular for being so-bad-that-it’s good

About Sunny’s age, lol, poor excuses gentleman. After Gadar he had few hits and went off. SRK has films lined up for 3 years, Aamir has one film currently and he is producing some more.
P.S. Aamir openly admits he shall move towards direction after he crosses 60. And he has made a film like TZP. About SRK. I don’t know what he plans to do. But I am Atleast sure, he won’t participate in moronic films like “Dishkyaoon”
All your sunny has done in his life is spread jingoism. SRK with Swades/Chak De, Aamir with Rang De/Lagaan have spread patriotism without feeling of “hate and bitterness” Peace!
@gj007, sunnys border is enough to imbibe patriotrism in each indian, well before rang de basanti and swades were released and your khans were doing films such as english babu desi mem, guddu, baazi etc etc, i bet if all these three films were aired at same time on three different channels 99.99% of people will watch border and 0.01 % people like you will watch the other 2, well yes at least dishkyoon was better than dulha mil gaya, billo barber and even crap like happy new year, and why are you only mentioning lagaan everytime, did you forget films like mela and baazi that were more craps, if dhai kilo ka haath is sadak chap then he would not have won national award for that role, and i also dont dislike srk or aamir khan, i am only stating that sunny at his prime was the only guy who commanded wilt at box office apart from khans trioky, that is fact and you cannot change that with your ostrich mentality
akshay is a hard working actor.his all movies in 2015 are going to be a hit.Kriti is stupid to leave SIB for Dilwale.
