The first look poster and motion poster of ‘Half Girlfriend – featuring Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead is out. It has the feel of Mohit Suri films, what with the lead couple romancing in the rain.
The film is based on Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling novel, Half Girlfriend. The story is about a rural boy from Bihar, Madhav (Arjun), who falls in love with a rich and beautiful girl from Delhi, Roy (Sharddha).
Half Girlfriend releases in theatres on 19 May 2017.

Rural boys doesn’t have that kind of beard or hairstyle. Mohit Suri should had noticed that. Anyway I loved 2 States of Chetan Bhagat. So expecting another beautiful story again. May be a better director will do more justice to a Chetan Bhagat best selling novel. Let’s hope for the best.

Frankly poster is great, but. I think the main reason these urban films disappoint is due to pseudo hype that gets created due to releasing all this stuff. I mean, sultan and dangal only had trailers and first looks, and pk just had a few posters and a teaser!
