The fourth film in the popular ‘Golmaal’ franchise is all set to go on floors next month. The first shooting schedule of the film will begin on March 9 with all the actors joining the shoot March 11 onwards.
The cast and crew will first shoot in Mumbai, followed by a shooting schedule in Ooty, Shetty’s favourite Goa and finally in Hyderabad.
‘Golmaal 4’ doesn’t have a release date yet, but the film which was previously announced for the Diwali weekend, will release before the end of 2017.
What’s making news though are the new additions to the already strong star cast. Apart from Devgn, ‘Golmaal Again’ retains the much-loved members of the cast from the previous films. Tusshar Kapoor will continue to play the most popular role of his career, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade are a part of the film too.
But the interesting bits lie in the new additions. Parineeti Chopra plays the female lead, she replaces Kareena Kapoor Khan. The super-talented Tabu will be seen in a commercial film after a long time. And finally we have Singham’s Jaykant Shikre, Prakash Raj, reuniting with Ajay Devgn on the big screen. What’s more, industry insiders have confirmed that the actor is playing a negative character in the film.
‘Golmaal Again’ is shaping up to be one of the biggest films of 2017. The cast and shooting schedules are in place, the industry awaits the announcement of the release date.

5. Franchise is advantage for Ajay so nothing special? Was Singham 2011 a franchise? G2 was not a huge franchise but G3 still entered 100 with Ajay following Aamir and Salman as 3rd superstar to enter 100 cr way back 2010 when franchise was not such big deals unlike now!

Whoever it was back them without a Doubt was a big time celebrity, just a Star cannot make record opening as bk as 1999 which will remain History like it or not..HINDUSRAN KI KASAM. @Aisha, dont worry dear sister. Jolly is alcoholic street dog. Let him bark. His star is having a golden phase since last year and he is over the moon. We all remember what happened in 2009-2013 period when joker’s most movies used to sink from day 1 itself. But good movies have helped him to survive. Ajay will surely bounce back and with baadshaho he will be back as superstar. Some poor choices hurt him but his fan following among masses is as good as salman’s. So ignore that moron.
