Soon after celebrating his 48th birthday with the media at his Bandra residence, Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan had a chit chat with all the reporters who had gathered at Mannat.
When a journalist asked, why none of his films released during Diwali this year, SRK said “Because I had a release during Eid. Next time I’ll try to have a release during Eid, Diwali, Holi and Christmas. I’ll try my best”
On a more serious note, the actor said “Krrish 3 is there (in theatres). I hope everybody goes and sees it. It’s a lovely film. Our team has worked hard on the film. I’ve seen parts of it, haven’t seen the full film. I hope everyone likes it.”
Some of the most memorable films of Khan’s illustrious career have released during Diwali. Films like Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Veer Zaara and the more recent Jab Tak Hai Jaan all released during the festive season of lights.
His next film, Happy New Year directed by Farah Khan also releases during Diwali next year.
“Whenever my film releases its Eid, Diwali and Christmas for me. I’ve never really thought about it like this. I read it today that it’s Diwali and there is no Shahrukh film. It’s alright. We will work hard and release our film next year” he added.

If Krrissh 3 underperforms (But It wont be a flop or disaster) it will be solely due to poor vfx by srk company !!!!!!

total hindi:42cr ,dubbing:4cr.total:46cr..
and coming to boi.com ..the site only gets d totals of bigcentres bt nt small..same happened with c.e too..that sites says 19cr approx nd when giving circuit fig wil show 18.5 and when showing complete collection he says 18.05 lol..so the difference is 8cr btwn boi.com nd producr figure..where for c.e it ws 20cr dffrnce till the end..

hrithik is an amazing actor and i love him also Krish success belongs to hrithik and his father. SRK Company is just doing the vfx, he is not acting in the movie,
so as a SRK fan i say it again krish success credit belongs only to the roshan’s. We will be happy 4 them and 4 shah’s company too becuz krish success will mean more work to Red ch’s vfx team.
I think ce is a very entertaining film that’s why collection is 227cr.

@r20 try to forget srk and take care of akki who is struggling to cross 60 cr in a holiday release.even vivek,ritesh films open in 10 cr+,so they r bigger than akki.

Another funny thing. In the opening scenes hrithik is? seen jumping? from one building to other then suddenly he stops jumping? and later starts flying. Lmao. You call this trash? a movie.krrish 3 is a disaster.

CE is still the highest grosser ever in Bollywood, If Krish3 did not see a big drop there are chances to break the domestic BO of Chennai Express but worldwide is impossible for Hrithik.
