The release date of Ghajini has kept changing several times since the first date was announced. Initially Ghajini was to release somewhere in October, but unfortunately Aamir hurt himself and the movie was post poned as some important sequences were yet to be shot.
The next date that was announced was December 26th, the last week of December with Aamir hoping to be second time lucky after Taare Zameen Par last year, which also released in the last week of the calender year and went on to do blockbuster business.
But soon, Aamir Khan and the Ghajini team must have realised, they would be wasting the Christmas holiday and the movie was preponed to 25th December.
Today, we received official news of the FINAL release date of Ghajini. The most hyped release of the year, will have a very unsual release. The first show will be on Wednesday (24th December) evening at both single screens and multiplexes.
So there you go, Ghajini is all set to have a extended weekend and the box office figures should be huge. Aamir Khan fans and those desperate to catch the first day first show of Ghajini, go ahead and book your tickets for Wednesday evening NOW!
