Akshay Kumar’s Entertainment is steady on the lower side at the domestic box office. Although the film fared well on its 2nd Friday, it was affected by the release of Ajay Devgn’s Singham Returns at both multiplexes and single-screens.
Entertainment still has a long way to go to emerge a decent success and the low opening weekend business ensured that the film would battle against Singham Returns just to recover costs.
The Sajid-Farhad directed film will finish with net box office collections of around 70-75 crore, which is what it should have collected in its first week.

Not compare SRK,Sallu,Amir,Ajay Akshay etc with youngsters.they have fan following in all parts of india.but youngistan’s only have fan following in big cities and amoung tenegers.they need to proove themselves by doing everykinds of film.Even Ranbir has taken 5 years to get a star status.Most of the youngitans films are successful because of the name of production companies banners etc.Youngistans are so lucky to get an operchunity to work with big production houses in the bigining of their carrier.

So in first half v hv kabir making naina realise that their is much more to life than just topping in academics while in 2nd half a changed naina makes kabir realise that life is not just about following ur passion and excelling in jobs but instead relationships,frndz,parents are of even more value.

I want to blame Akshay Kumar for losing his stardom. He was a really superstar in 2007. I really thought he would overtake Khans in terms of stardom. He works really hard as well.
But his stupidity, he does too many movies with weak scripts and makes audiences feel really boring of his films. Either he is bad in managing his career or his manager is too inept to manage his stardom.
Akki needs to learn something from Salman Khan. Prior to 2010, Salman used to do mamy films like Akki has been doing. But he has stopped that since 2010. The results are before you to see. He has not lost his stardom his regained stardom with Dabangg.

have you seen the movie? don’t talk improper if you haven’t.
It is a fun film all the way. If it had released on holidays like Eid, it would have garnered 150+, cuz i saw it in a packed multiplex where people were laughing all the way.
Akki on his own admission says he doesn’t do anything else other than acting in movies, hence he does 3-4 films a year, as he says, what will he do sitting at home doing nothing, by just doing single movie a year.
Aamir, srk and Salman are involved in too many things like production, foundations and other business interest, but Akki only does movies.
Also, he has survived in the industry for now almost 25 years, so better not give advise him and enjoy his movie as and when it comes.
He has given brilliant films like holiday, special 26, OMG etc.,
After a few years, when people talk, they are not going to talk about how much business a movie did, but how they enjoyed a movie, how a scene inspired them. This is what will remain with a moviegoer, and hence better for us to keep our advise to ourself than try to teach Akki after all these years.
Big collections are good, but it is only worth for producers and for fans to fight with each other just for the time being.

But what is overseas? It is not the foreign nationals that you srk fans are so raving about?
It is the indians who are staying in these foreign lands.
And, majority of these NRIs doesn’t love anything else from bollywood than sugarcoated teeny weeny love stories, which Salman and Aamir are not doing.
Srk and Kjo got a taste of this with ddlj and have been churning out movies just to cater these market. Hence, their movies do very well in these target countries.

If you want to know more about what movies the real overseas foreigners like, you will be surprised it is not srk movies. But, mostly it is art house movies and very rare movies that have become cult in bollywood like Lagaan, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, 3 idiots etc., to name a few gems.
So, srk and his movies are not known a bit among the real outside world.
Currently in the domestic circuit no one has the clout and star power as Salman.
Which leaves srk with being only the number one star among NRIs ie., non resident “INDIANS”.
Now get this fact in to your mind, and stop using words like Global,International etc., those are reserved for a few and your king is not even miles closer to that list.

Nobody had big expectations from it anyway. The release timing didn’t help it either. It was an average ‘leave your brain at home’ type comedy, mainly targeted to kids. I expected it to be an average at least.
