Tigers is based on a drugs salesman in Pakistan who tries to fight against a flawed system. Directed by Oscar-winning director Danis Tanovic, Tigers could be that much-needed critically acclaim that Emraan has always been after. It has already been screened at the Toronto Film Festival last year and received huge acclaim.

The successful combination of Visesh Films and Emraan Hashmi comes together once again. Mr. X is supposedly the modern adaptation of Anil Kapoor’s Mr. India which is a hugely popular film even though. Directed by Vikram Bhatt and written by Shagufta Rafique, Mr. X will also be released in 3D.
Hamari Adhuri Kahani
- Release Date: 12th June 2015
- Cast: Emraan Hashmi, Vidya Balan, Rajkumar Rao
- Director: Mohit Suri
Hamari Adhuri Kahani will be the 3rd time the pair of Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi will be seen together on the big screen. They were previously seen in ‘The Dirty Picture’ and then in ‘Ghanchakkar’. The title has been taken from the famous song ‘Humari Adhuri Kahani’ from ‘Gangster’. The film will also star Rajkumar Rao in a pivotal role. It is being said that the movie is the real love story of Mahesh Bhatt’s parents. Like every year, Mohit Suri has now made it a trend to have a summer release and in the past few years all his films have done well.
Mohammad Azharuddin Biopic
- Release Date: Not announced (2016 release likely)
- Director: Anthony D’Souza
- Cast: Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai
The director of films like ‘Blue’ and ‘Boss’ will be directing Emraan Hashmi in ex-Indian captain Mohammad Azharuddin’s biopic. While Emraan will be playing Azhar in the film, Prachi Desai has been signed to enact the character of Azhar’s first wife Naureen. There are also reports that Kareena Kapoor could play Azhar’s second wife Sangeeta Bijlani. The film will go on floors in May 2015.
Contrary to rumours, Emraan hasn’t been signed to play a role in Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan, but could star in a film produced by the superstar. This page will be updated if any Emraan Hashmi film is announced.

I was quite surprised seeing that emran hashmi came to celebrate iftaar and attended ouatimd event even after he was replaced by akshay in highly awaited ouatimd sequel.
My 2nd favourite after akshay n i decide that i will always support emran after akshay.

I saw Emraan hasmi ‘s mature act in awarapan.though my favourite emraan hashmi movie is jannat2.also liked crook.the music is just epic and my favourite too,emraan is at his best when he comes with mohit suri.though I voted for tigers.

Coming out of one of those movies which adds more feather and fame to the talent’s of Kollywood (Tamil Industry). The movie is a simple love story but presented in truly the most spectacular visual theme. The movie is historical in making with each department of the movie making excelling big way.
Story: A simple young man(Vikram) aiming to become Mr.Tamil-Nadu(state) is a big fan of a ad model(Amy Jackson) and helps her to progress in her disturbing career which is challenged by many. During this they fall in love and earn lot of enmity who inject a virus “I” in Vikram – which makes him look ugly and he takes the revenge for same..
Now talking about the cinematic experience..the film with no doubts has the best acting, best direction, best music , best screenplay, best VFX..but just falls short of becoming a Masterpiece in Indian film industry due to predictable story and run time.
Positives:
1) Vikram, world class performance – he truly deserves National Award.
2) Shankar, comes out with another splendid act – almost getting everything right.
3) Amy Jackson – It might be her life changing performance, she is the meat of the film.
4) A R Rahman – Easily his best album in last decade.
5) Every role, scene, song falls in place at right time.
Negatives:
1) Predictable story & run time will be disappointing for those who look at this factors as a criteria. But the movie deserves a story and run time like this.
2) Almost all shankar’s movie are expected to have some message. Thus for those who look at this factor as a criteria it might be disappointing for them as the movie does not have any message.
Overall, this movie is a Must Watch for that it is truly a visually treat to watch a romantic story in a different theme with strong performances. Rating 4.5/5..Vikram and Shankar deserve a grand salute for their bold attempt.

Emraan had good films in kitty, I think Mr x and HAK will do great business as its bhatt camp with emraan.Hardly fails.
While Azhar biopic I was big fan of Azhar that times but he spoiled his image with match fixing so I am not interested in his biopic.Tigers in critically acclaim film might found hard bo success.
