Rohit Dhawan’s second directorial venture has emerged a success at the domestic and overseas box office, with a fairly good hold both in the second weekend and second Monday.
The film collected Rs 10.05 crore in its second weekend and added around 1.5 crore to its total on 2nd Monday, to take its 11-day total to around the 65 crore mark. Dishoom will collect around 68-69 crore by the end of its 2nd week.
With two major films like ‘Mohenjo Daro’ and ‘Rustom’ scheduled to release this week, Dishoom will finish with lifetime business of around 70-71 crore.
The worldwide gross will cross the 120 crore mark, beating one of Varun’s most successful films ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. It’ll be his third highest worldwide grosser after Dilwale and ABCD 2.

I’m big fan of the entire starcast of Dishoom. Happy for Varun for consecutive successes.
Though I feel the final verdict will be manipulated like in the case of Dilwale, Ra-one, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Ready, etc.

it may be becoz they r biased..

I think Dishoom suffered from wrong market strategy. It should hv never been promoted as a action adventure as they were nvr it’s strong point. Instead bromance and comedy makes the film enjoyable. They couldn’t even cut a good trailer bcz of focusing on d wrong elements and also most ppl went expecting an action adventure,thus felt a bit let down even though they enjoyed d film
