Bajirao Mastani is outperforming all other films at the box office on Friday and this includes both the Hollywood release ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dilwale’.
The lead seems to be quite big, because multiplexes are performing at a much higher level of occupancy as compared to yesterday and even better than the 1st Friday.
The film could be looking at a total in the range of Rs 14-15 crore on 2nd Friday, depending on how well the night shows perform.
Dilwale is performing well too, but the film has lost a lot of its shows and screens to Star Wars and Bajirao Mastani, due to the latter performing very well during the weekdays. The Rohit Shetty film could be looking at a total in the 10 crore range.
The gap between the two films has really widened and if Bajirao Mastani can continue to gain momentum, it’ll beat Dilwale by the end of its 2nd weekend at the box office.

Dilwale second Friday can’t cross 10cr coz only screening 1500 screen, most of screen from single screen where very low tickets prices. If Lal Mirchi calculator use then definitely cross 15cr.

Noon occupy 45%.. so seeing these trends dilwale can’t cross 10cr, will be around 7cr – 8cr.
Varunwale was to collect 60cr on opening day and 100cr+ within 2days according to some morons. But it took 7day to go past 100cr mark….LOL.

From the collections it doesnt seem dilwale was low when compared to BM in weekdays. BM ahead by only 1.8 CR on weekdays. Every1 want to show BM has a big lead. 10 CR today with 1600 screens is equal to BM. How does this make BM extraordinary.
