Aditya Chopra’s all-time classic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge will complete 20 successful years on 20th October 2015. The makers of the film have released a 2 and a half minute long ‘making trailer’.
We also get a glimpse of the reclusive director Aditya Chopra, who will be directing his 4th film ‘Befikre’ starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor in the lead.
Starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, DDLJ is one of the biggest blockbusters in the history of Indian Cinema. The film is still running at Maratha Mandir in Mumbai.

Whereas DDLJ was the solo show of SRK and he was responsible for the mega success of DDLJ with a debutant director, Hum aapke hain koun was driven by Madhuri most of the times with few glimpses of non-actor at times, that too when it was directed by an established director. So I’m sure DDLJ was not much loved movie in Lalluland but it has a huge craze among rest of the world.

DDLJ is still running in maratha mandir but that is a maitnee run.
Maitnee run means producers pay theatre owner to run their movie and yrf is doing that because that is their biggest hit film.
Talking about genuine run HAHK was last Platinum Jublie. It celebrated that on 2 or 3 theatres.
Sholay celebrated 2 years genuine run in one theatre and for next 3 years it ran on maitnee run, then it was taken of to run Shaan.
DDLJ was not more than golden jublie.
