JAB TAK HAIJAAN:
Film has typical breathtaking locales and some real romantic moments in the beginning of 2nd half.
Film has real interesting storyline and that is the USP of the film. Few twists every now and then will keep audience hooked. Typical Yash ji brand of surprises will make you smile.
Some real great cameos from Rishi Kapoor, Neetu and other supporting artistes take the film to higher levels.
After initial half an hour, the 2nd part of 1sthalf and last half an hour are simply rocking.
This is by far one of the best performances of Shahrukh as romantic lead as his role demands a fair mixture of intensity, passion, charm and charisma (watch out for scene where SRK meets Katrina on top of bridge or where Katrina confesses her love).
Film is an epic romantic saga.

In his typical tongue-in-cheek humour, the actor said that his act of spreading wide his arms to embrace his heroine was his patent. “This step helps me hug both my leading ladies simultaneously,” Khan said, much to everyone’s applause.
Katrina, who plays a Yash Raj heroine for the first time, said it was a dream-come-true to be directed by Yash Chopra and to act with Shah Rukh Khan. “It’s been an amazing journey,” she smiled. Khan also brushed away reports of conflict with actors Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn, saying the issues were amongst production houses, not the actors.
Next, the team of Jab Tak Hai Jaan will visit Kolkata on Friday, while the film’s premiere at Yash Raj Studios on the evening of November 12, a day before its release, will see over 1,000 from the film industry in attendance.

The ticket sales of director Yash Chopra’s swan song have begun today and the first day first shows at Pune and Bangalore are almost sold out
It will be war this Diwali, with Shahrukh Khan’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Ajay Devgn’s Son Of Sardaar releasing on the same date. Devgn is going from pillar to post to ensure that his film gets enough shows, but it doesn’t seem like he will be able to do much. After all, JTHJ is director Yash Chopra’s last film and the powers that be at Yash Raj Films will ensure that their film gets all the exposure it can manage. We were surprised when we saw that the ticket bookings of the Yash Chopra romance started today in Pune and Bangalore – the first day-first show is almost sold out.
It is very easy to say that Shahrukh’s film has the upper hand this Diwali, but we wonder why the sales of Son Of Sardaar tickets haven’t begun yet. Perhaps the makers are counting on the BO clout of the leading man and Salma Khan’s patronage to propel it to success. What could go in SOS‘s favour is that those who don’t get tickets for JTHJ might end up watching SOS. For now, Devgn and gang are still fighting their case against Yash Raj Films.

In a candid chat with the media persons, King Khan hoped that the flick would live up to the expectations of the people. Talking to the reporters, Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif said that her experience working with Shahrukh and Anushka was great. The movie is directed by late Yash Chopra who is known as the king of romance in the film industry. Khan teams up with Katrina Kaif for the first time, while he is paired with Anushka Sharma for the second time. The flick will hit the theatres across the globe on November 13.

Chopra, one of India’s best known film-makers died in October. His family is going ahead with the film’s release, saying the director would have wanted it that way.
“Jab Tak Hai Jaan”, a love story featuring Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, goes head to head with “Son of Sardaar”, which stars Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha.
The producers of both movies are locked in a legal battle over release locations but cinema owners say both films would attract holiday audiences. “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” is to be screened in 2800 cinemas while “Son of Sardaar” is expected to open in 1,100 locations.
