It’s going to be a unique experience for sure when 60 something Amitabh Bachchan gets into a cute-n-lovely romance with 30 something Tabu in upcoming CHEENI KUM.
After it’s promo being premiered first during the screening of January released SALAAM E ISHQ, CHEENI KUM now sees it’s promotion building up on the small screen too.
Ready since last year, the film was earlier slated to arrive in March but was postponed when NISHABD decided to come in first. Looking at spacing out the two releases, both of which had Amitabh Bachchan as a lead man in love, producer Sunil Manchanda opted for a date in May when CHEENI KUM would eventually arrive.
As per the latest film schedule, CHEEMI KUM would be coming on May 25th, the same day when Sanjay Gupta produced, Apoorva Lakhia directed SHOOT OUT AT LOKHANDWALA arrives. The interesting part is that even SOAL stars Big B though the film has 12 other key protagonists making one term SHOOT OUT AT LOKHANDWALA as SOAL-13!
