Retiring member of Rajya Sabha and acclaimed writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar’s powerful speech on democracy and secularism has been lauded by his colleagues in the Hindi film industry.
On Tuesday, Akhtar gave a farewell speech and shared his experiences in the Parliament during the past six years.

Aman kapoor : i can understand ur pount bro m not a blind fan but untill court wouldnt sentence him as a guilty who are we to tag him as a criminal. If someone keep chanting ‘Bharat Mataa ki Jai’ and keep doing anti national and anti-constitutional activities like we will send other indians to Pakistan, we will kill people from this religion, we will ban this and that. We will not allow people to live in peace until they behave as our slaves. We will dictate people what they need to eat. Are they still true nationalist ??
