Top five best films of 2016 acc to me .
1. Dangal : it was really emotional father and daughter story, which is without a doubt inspiration for many .
I found it really great in terms of screenplay, direction and lead actors.
2. Neerja : it was a good experience for me to watch such a nice movie which had realism. Loved it .
3. Kapoor and Sons : beautiful, sad yet inspiring. I really enjoyed this film.
4. Pink : it was great film.
5. Dear Zindagi : refreshing and it was really cool film although it was a bit preachy.
Most overrated film of 2016 was sultan for me because it was meant to be made for box office collections . It was wrestling also, boxing also, comedy also.
Didn’t like this crap one bit.

Forever whining stammerer fans like Javed are still whining about how SRK’s hamming act did not win fakefare awards. Cut some slack losers. This con artist has already bought enough awards for his constant hamming for over 2 decades now. AK is miles ahead of this stammer in both script sense as well as dialogue delivery and mannerisms. As for 2016, Sushant Singh Rajput is easily the best of the year for his near flawless MS Dhoni act.

LOL. Even with three films joker boy failed to become highest grossing actor of the year. Aamir with just one film thrashed his 3 overhyped movies by distance.
Only one film, released during demonitization, no franchise, no big director, no big banner, no big actress still one movie alone earned highest of the year, of all time and also more than the combined of the three films of second highest grossing actor. Baap akhir baap hota hai.

Everything is good except most popular song. YouTube views and popularity are different. YouTube views depend on starcast, genre, banner, production values.
For example a song picturised on Kat will any time get more views than an equally good song picturised on any other actress.
An average urban youth song will easily get more views than very good mass song.
According to popularity of song I think Sanam Re, Soch Na Sake and even Kar Gayi Chul was more popular than Kala Chashma.
