After more than 3 months inside the house, watched closely by over 50 cameras, Bigg Boss 5 hosted by Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt concluded today.
Out of the 5 finalists, the first to be evicted was Amar Upadyay of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi fame. After a rocking performance by Rakhi Sawant and Malaika Arora Khan, Sky Wlker a.k.a Akashdeep Saigal left the Bigg Boss house.
The three remaining finalists were Siddharth Bharadwaj, Juhi Parmar and Mahek Chahel.
Siddarth, who was considered by many as one of the strongest contenders on Bigg Boss, was the next to be evicted. With Sid’s eviction, it was confirmed that the winner will once again be a female contestant (like last year when Shweta Tiwari won the reality show).
Mahek’s boyfriend Danish Khan appeared on stage and proposed marriage – she replied ‘I DO’ on national television!
Finally, Juhi Parmar was declared the winner of Bigg Boss 5 beating housemate Mahek Chahel.

Congrats to the winner…and guys i could see some one from PK is crying as his father lost the game so could any 1 get him a milk bottle as bachha ro raha hai or dudh peeta hai…toh wohi usko dena chahiye.. nahi???….who won, doesn’t matter but ultimately an INDIAN won…so cheer up guys..
hey guys chill out…juhi has already won BIG BOSS 5….even if by pubic voting or by other means….see there is a saying:” EVRYTHING IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR “….and staying in the big boss house for 3months is not less than winning a war…..i too thought that mahek would win but luck was with juhi….and all those who feel that SID should have won…..how can u think that a emmotionaly immature child to win and the language and gestures used by him during the show was not at all gud…..only 2 genuine people were mehak and juhi….and i m glad that one of them won
