Bang Bang has opened to packed houses across the country in its first extended 4-day weekend at the domestic box office. The collections are lower than Hrithik Roshan’s last release Krrish 3 which released during the Diwali weekend and also got a solo release. However, Bang Bang has performed much better than Krrish 3 in the overseas markets.
In India, Bang Bang has lost more than 10 crore of business to the other release last weekend, Haider, without which the film would have been somewhere around the level of Krrish 3 in 4 days.

Why do people quote collections from other sites in this site. They should post these comments in sites which are posting those figures. This site says 244 cr which means it is 244 cr for k3. So for BB it is next to impossible to collect that much. Hopefully will collect around 180-190 cr

For the first time seeing the comparison between 2 movies of Hrithik . It is difficult for me to say which movie was better Krrish 3 or Bang Bang . Because the genres of both the movies were different . Krrish 3 is a Superhero/Sci-Fi Movie . Bang Bang is a Action/Comedy Movie .
In terms of Screenplay Krrish 3 is better .
In terms of Performances Krrish 3 is better .
In terms of Music Bang Bang is better .
In terms of Action Bang Bang is better .
In terms of concept Krrish 3 is better .
In terms of Cinematography Bang Bang is better .
Both movies were entertaining for me . It is not possible now for Bang Bang to break Krrish 3 but even if it touches 200 CR i will be very happy . That will be a great figure considering a clash . It will erase any doubt on Hrithik’S Stardom . 2015 will be a tough year without Hrithik . But still it will be worth the wait .

wat a big deal if happy new year becomes 1st 300 cr movie.are bhai hamare king ko bhi toh koi record banane do.sare records toh Amir n Salman k naam hai box office collection k.like 1st 50cr,100cr,150,200,250 all.n even in abroad Aamir hold the records.so ye ll b happy if our king make some record and hold it for a long time.n plz Srk fans dnt say that ddlj record.everyone knows how that is making it.n u agree or not bt it’s true that in ddlj success Srk contribution was not that great.it was music n story that made movie blockbuster bcoz at the time of release both kajol n Srk was small stars.that movie made them not they made the movie.
