The release date of Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif’s Bang Bang is likely to be pushed ahead as the film is way behind schedule. Sources within the industry say, the Abu Dhabi schedule which only began this week, was supposed to start last month.
Now with less than 5 months to go for its scheduled release (October 2nd), the film is highly unlikely to be ready on time as they still need around 3-4 months to wrap up the shoot. After which, the post-production will begin.

With November and December packed with big releases, Bang Bang might eventually get pushed to 2015. An official announcement on the final release date is expected to be made soon.
The likely postponement of Bang Bang also means Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra will be battling it out, with their films Haider and Mary Kom biopic arriving on October 2nd 2014.
3 cars for Hrithik’s troubled back
Bang Bang is getting progressively complicated. And it’s got nothing to do the film’s leading man Hrithik Roshan’s domestic problems.
The problem lies somewhere else.
Apparently, Hrithik’s back problem has aggravated to the extent that he needs to travel in three cars.
Saysa source from the Bang Bang team, “Hrithik is often in excruciating pain. He can’t sit in one position or even in one kind of seat for more than half an hour.”
Therefore Hrithik travels in three cars to locations.
Says the source, “Hrithik has to keep changing his seating position. He cannot travel in the same car for a long duration. He therefore travels with a fleet three cars all speeding bumper-to-bumper. He gets out of one car after a while, gets into another car and then gets into the third one to make sure his back is not subjected to an identical seating position for too long.”
This mode of travel slows down the crew’s pace. But no one is complaining.
Says the source, “Hrithik is going through a lot emotionally and physically. He doesn’t discuss his marital problems with anyone. He never brings his home stress to work. As far as his health is concerned, the Bang Bang teamis trying its best to make Hrithik the least uncomfortable. But it’s not easy for him to shoot with that back.”
Hrithik’s back problem is at its worst right now. We love Hrithik. I think he should retire now.
Oh please, I can’t wait for Bang Bang. Hope it comes in 2014 only.

This is sad news! I was looking forward to see Bang Bang. But now, guess I’ll have to wait a couple more months. Together with hny, pk, holiday and gabbar, bang bang would have been among the top 5 films this year. But now, since its postponed to next year, looks like singham 2 will take that spot. Still, better late than never. Hope Hrithik recovers from his problems soon. He is one of the best actors of this country. All the best to Hrithik and bang bang.

That is a really sad news if it is postponed to 2015 . But 5 months is a long time to complete the film . I know he is going through a period of hell his physical problem and most importantly his personal problem are taking a toll on him . He is giving his 100 percent even though he is not fit . @ Virat Kohli are you an idiot seriously ? How can you say that he should retire ? When he was shooting for Krrish, Dhoom 2 and Jodhaa Akbar back to back his knee was injured and he had to go a knee surgery still he did a cameo and a song in Luck by Chance . Even Salman faced the problem of Trigeminal Neuralgia and Shahrukh also faced Shoulder problems even Mr. Bachchan faced the problem of Hernia and is still facing . Hrithik is a fighter his is like a Phoenix who rises from all the ashes . If it is postponed then it is a sad news but i think it still can make it on 2nd Oct . Let’s hope that he gets well soon .
