Bald look pics: Shilpa Shetty in The Desire

After sizzling in an item number in Dostana, Shilpa Shetty has been missing from Bollywood for nearly 3 years. Now she is returns with a shocking new avatar in her upcoming movie ‘The Desire’. It’s perhaps a first Indo-Chinese collaborative production film. Shetty will be seen in a bald look in the movie

The film has been shot in Kerala, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh in India and also at various places of Malaysia.

R Sarath has written and directed the film, which features Shilpa Shetty and Chinese actor Xia Yu in prominent roles. Movie is produced by Shilpa’s mother Sunanda Shetty with co-producer Shi Yun, under the Ten Golden Star banner. The music has been composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and Vishwamohan Bhat.

The Desire has been selected for the New York City International Film Festival 2011, where it will be screened on August 24, 2011.
