The second day collections of the film is only lower than the first day collections of Happy New Year (44.97 crore), third day of PK (38.24 crore) and third day of Dhoom 3 (38.03 crore).
The ticket prices of Bajrangi Bhaijaan vary from place to place. At some high-end multiplexes, the ticket prices are higher than PK, while at many others prices are comparable to Happy New Year.

My short review
Excellent film!! The Story is something that everyone can like and it can’t really fail with such casting and direction but acting is one of the strongest points here. Its one of the few movies, where each and every actor plays his/her role almost brilliantly. The litte girl Munni is revelation. She is the heart and soul of the film.
Salman Khan is his best and delivers his best performance in many many years. his chemistry with Munni and Nawaaz is palpable. Kareen is perfect in her small role and Nawaz is brilliant.
There are many Some super scenes but my favourite one is when the little girl says Maama, that really touched me heart.
kapir Khan is the perfect man for this film. He adds something to the direction. His direction abilities have already been well established with both Super hits New York and ETT.
The ending is touching..to say that I enjoyed Bajrangi Bhaijaan would be unfitting word to the horrific experience it was to watch. A solid, emotional film that does just as it should.. Definitely it was far better film than I went in expecting. A must see movie.

Even if this movie collect 200 cr it will rate higher then pk…it will saw the taste of india
Yesterday went to see Bajrangi Bhaijaan in a single screen after a long time since the first multiplex was opened in Lucknow to see the craze for a Salman movie….
Occupancy was 100% even I saw there were some temperory exta chairs so that cinema owners could sell some extra tixkets but couldn’t find family audiences…..
During Raees teaser, heard loud shouts and whistles on SRK’s entry which was quite surprising for me as I didn’t expected such a huge roar for SRK but that roar was many times higher for Salman….even Nawazuddin got the same response which SRK got on his entry…
Loved the movie very much and that little cutie Harshaali won my heart..I have became her fan after seeing such great performance from her……FUTURE SUPERSTAR……
Though climax was little bit over the top but still I liked it because after a very very long time my eyes became moist on watching a movie….
But I promised one more thing to myself that not to watch a movie again in single screen especially a Salman movie because I faced many problems which I won’t describe here……

( Ra.1 >> BB )… Poor Bhojpuritards were expecting to beat Hny opening with Bajrangi but failed to beat even CE’s opening , then were expecting to beat Hny highest day on day 2 but failed again badly.. SRK is the BAAP of everyone when it comes to opening, stardom that’s why he has the most no. of opening records in the history of Indian Cinema unlike bhojpuri Bhaijaan who looks like a small insect in front of him here..!!!
