After completing a hugely successful first weekend at the box office, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is likely to pass the Monday test with flying colours.
Multiplex business is rock-steady, in fact at several centres, the occupancy is higher than Friday. Some exhibitors have dropped the ticket prices for the weekdays, while others are still selling tickets at weekend rates, which is a sign of positive word-of-mouth.
Not only is Bajrangi Bhaijaan doing well at multiplexes, but the film is also running houseful at single-screens.
The occupancy for the morning / noon shows and advance booking for the evening / night shows, suggest that there is a strong possibility that the film could cross the 20 crore mark on Monday – depending how well the night shows perform.
Salman Khan mania has gripped the nation once again, the craze and sheer mass-hysteria inside single-screens has to be experienced to be believed. The audience is crying and laughing with the superstar and also with the little girl – Harshaali Malhotra.
