The theatrical trailer of Bajirao Mastani is out and it’s outstanding! The film, starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in the lead, has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The teaser, which was released earlier this year, looked like it was hurriedly put together. But now, with the theatrical trailer of the film, the makers have delivered the message loud and clear.
Bajirao Mastani is a film made on a huge scale and also boasts of terrific performances from its lead cast. The sets are larger-than-life, the costumes are magnificent, the background score is terrific and the war scenes are epic. In short, a film that deserves to be experienced on the big screen and there is a lot to like in the theatrical trailer of the film.

srk and rohit shetty combo last movie was chennai express collected around 227cr with atbb verdict and also did around 475 cr worldwide

my brother….they have used actual names and actual locations in the “movie”. how can u compare it with don…..don is fiction……bajirav is not.. u can compare it with ashoka if u want where again a lot if cinematic liberties were taken but I still forgive them because not much is known from that period of time …..
but u can easily gain access to the history related to bajiraaav…..u should have taken at least the descendants of bajirav and kashibai into confidence …
this is not just a movie … it depicts the life of one of the most celebrated maratha warriors of India….
u can’t dismiss a movie on him by calling c’mon it is just a movie…

JTHJ vs SOS.
But in 2012 JTHJ was a content driven film & released in better screens than SOS.
That’s why SOS with strong entertainment,give tough fight to SRK’s niche film JTHJ.
But now DILWALE is a highly entertaining film & BM is a niche & content driven film.
It’s clear that BM will remain for weeks than DILWALE.
But in 1st & 2nd week it cant stand against entertaining DILWALE.
Rohit, SRK,KAJOL,Varun,kriti all are confident about DILWALE.
If DILWALE get the same response like like years HNY then BM have any chance at box office.
Don’t underestimate Rohit.
His all films are not hugely appreciated but all have very positive WOM.
He is the only director whose recent all films have huge TV TRP.

The movie looks more of historical type and Deepika is just outstanding. Movie might have worked better had there been no clash. But clash with a film that would connect with everyone (coz of the star cast) could prove to be disastrous for BM. But there isn’t anything outstanding about the trailer as mentioned in the first line of this article. It is good. 3.5/5
Though I liked the trailer, Ranveer, according to me, didn’t fit the bill. An actor with a better physique like Hrithik (as we have seen him in JA) or anyone else would probably have suited a lot more.
People love to watch fun movies during holidays and Dilwale will rock. No matter how good the movie is, it has no chance against SRK.
What the hell is this ? SLB is trying to tell a love story or what ? I was badly waiting for this movie … but this is plain rubbish !

This is HUGE and this movie should work just for the sake of SLB’s guts and determination to come up with a movie with such a grand scale and come out with this class. About the set,production scale,action sequences
As the trailer prolongs,we used to see a set having ceratain very ordinary war sequences that already we had seen in jodha Akbar.and the most irritating thing that bhansali is trying to show is only the dancing floor inside the raj mahal(we can think it as dancing mahal because till now we have only shown the deewanii/pingaa type useless nautankj songs inside the palace).and then along with the set some relation affairs had been shown ,then again the story switched over to another war sequences where ranveer started to flying in air toward the elephant to kill it’s rider which is not at all seeming 1% real because the hevay use of ropes can be easily predictable from the scene looks very pathetic.
And bhansali only tried to show the dancing floor with the very ordinary battle ground feeling with sand looking nothing at least 1% grand that of baahubali/or any big Hollywood movies.and they only usually show the inside palace over and over again with out no reason(though the battle ground looks so tiny and completely dull with no eccitwment and wrriors are seeing hopeless,ROFL.
And the most disaapointed thing of all ,bhansali couldn’t able to show at least one heroic battle stunt by the bajirao peshwa,then on which basis people will for to theatre to watch this non sense and will spend 500rs+ in multiplexes?????as single screen is not at all available to bajirao.
So my rating for war sequences—-1.5/5
About Performances of star cast
Pathetic of all is ranveer’s shivering.is he telling dialogues—-HAR HAR MAHADEV or shivering like —-HARRRR HARRRRR MAHADEV.seeming like he is fearing of the opponents,his voice is not at all strong being a warrior,now I have a doubt did the real bajirao peshwa had such weakest voice?????,ROFL.and Priyanka’s emotions gave a new touch to the trailer,but Deeipka’s act dissapointed a lot.she is behaving like model rather than a price/queen/warrior or whatever in the movie.
So started from the 1st ,when ranveer,deepika alongside riding horses,it looks like ranveer is hopeless and deepika the comes with a model expression as she is going to give a that expression on a ramp show,ROFL.certain other starcast’s acting is completely overrated just like in film guzarish.then at the middle ranveer-deepika (bajirao-mastani) affairs started,and you won’t believe(so again watch),it completely seems like Ram Leela-part II instead of bajirao mastani.and even a girl can give better dialogue delivery than talentless ranveer Singh.and just see while he was laughing.his laughing neither shows any happiness/sorrow/fury rather than seems like a mockery intended for know reason.
My question to bansali is film bana rahe ho ya bajirao ki izzat nikal rahe ho?
Then comes to story I can say sanjay leela bansali wants to show Ram Leela-II instead of bajirao mastani.ranveer is so pathetic actor ,if we replace bobby darling instead of him then we can get Better result.

I don’t know in which way @indicine called it magnum opus(may be the way how they gave 4/5 star to a shit mahacrap of millenium movie like prdp recently)?????,ROFL.this is the film of a great warrior,not deewani-pinga containing danced floor containing shivering ranveer and model deepika’s affair story with full of overacting and with low grade war sequences.ranveer as bajirao didn’t at a looks aggressive being a warrior,ROFL.

@sweet heart, first of all I am not a neutral person here, its been clear evident that srk is not among my fav ones, so if you don’t know its your problem not mine, as I am commenting here since 2 years. Regarding Gerua song, I didn’t liked that all, if 90% liked that song that’s up to them why I will compromise with my choices. Have you seen me commenting on prdp music/song related article, I didn’t liked any song of prdp while its trailer was good for me though not excellent. I liked raees teaser and fan trailer as I found my self engaged while watching them, Gerua song didn’t engaged me at all. I have clearly mentioned I am looking forward to Alvida song as I liked it trailer and its melody in gerua song. And please don’t misunderstand me, I am not a neutral person here.
