Bajirao Mastani is one of the biggest films of 2015 and given its scale, the costs are on the higher side too. Trade sources say, the film has been made on a budget of Rs 100 crore, with an additional Rs 20-25 crore spent on marketing.

So the film has to recover somewhere around Rs 60 crore from India and Overseas (distributors share, not net box office collections).

Had anyone predicted bahubali hindi version will gross 100 cr. No one. So kindly wait. And some of promos I have seen of Dilwale really dont make me laugh at all. They are so silly and also overacting reflecting in every actor. So keep patience.

Makers of BM are playing nasty games now. They are showing the budget 125 cr while earlier it was reported that the cost of production alone is more than 120 crore. Besides, they are forcing the distributors to give them equal number of shows of dilwale. They even booked a good number of single screens during release of bajrangi bhaijaan. Cheap people.
