Anushka Sharma has just signed one of the biggest films of her life and a source close to the film has revealed a little more about the role she plays in it.
“It isn’t another typical Salman film. The leading lady has a prominent role. She plays a mature woman, a wrestler. She has to look on par with Salman. For the first time, she will essay a character slightly older than her age and it’s a trademark shift from her girl-next-door kind of roles”
“The team has also zeroed in on a particular look for the film. Since she is also playing a wrestler in Sultan, her look will be more realistic or de-glam throughout the film. She doesn’t need to look like a million bucks”
Sultan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, releases in theatres during Eid this year.

After reading this now i know neither Kriti,Priyanka nor Deepika were even offered the film coz no one one will refuse such a character in a Salman film coz Salman doesn’t share screen space he only shared it in BB and the results were unbeliavable.
