Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan wished his ‘Deewar’ co-star Shashi Kapoor, a speedy recovery after the legendary yesteryear actor was hospitalised on September 21 after he complained of breathlessness.
76-year-old Kapoor, who has been unwell for quite sometime now, has featured in more than 160 movies. He shared screen space with Bachchan in films like Kabhie Kabhie, Namak Halal, Deewar, Trishul, Silsila and others.
“May the Almighty be by the side of one that has been ill in Hospital for a few days and make him his usual self again ..!” Big B tweeted from his official Twitter handle.
Kapoor is admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.

@ mithai he is leading indian actor watch his sharmilee, jab jab phool khile, satyam, shivam sundaram, fakira (tota maina ki kahani to purani ho gai), he is legend i watched him as a child artist in movie awara. he played raj kapoor’s childhood role with perfection. but what about srk fans they know only 3 legend dilip kumar, Amitabh and srk. but Raj kapoor is legend of legends, Guru dutt, dev anand (guide) manoj kumar, dharmendra, Rajendra kumar, shashi kapoor……..Aamir, Salman is also legend and better than over actor srk who says kkkkk kiran in dilauges but not in songs.
