Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan launched the forthcoming season of his immensely popular television reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepathi’ in Mumbai on Friday.
KBC is in its 7th season this year, with Big B anchoring the show for the 6th time. The missed out in Season 3 when Shahrukh Khan, who was at the peak of his career, was considered an ideal replacement for Bachchan.

and yes shahrukh is the 2nd 1 after big and was the perfect option to host the show, he cant replace big b but he is so close to him and Shahrukh Khan was and still at the peak of his career ;)

SRK is not a great host. He was rejected by audience in KBC. Even Zor ka Jhataka was a dull show.
