Alia Bhatt will be playing the lead in Gauri Shinde’s untitled film, also starring Shah Rukh Khan.
Recalling her first memory of meeting the superstar, Alia, in an interview with DNA, said “I met him first when my dad took him to his house once when a couple of relatives had come from Pakistan and they had wanted to meet Shah Rukh. I remember he was very warm, charming, talkative, gave us lots of sandwiches and Coca Cola to drink. I must have eaten some 15 sandwiches just sitting and staring at him.
Alia also recalled how Shah Rukh is a ‘people’s person’ and how he makes people around him feel special.
“What I really gathered from Shah Rukh is that he’s a people’s person and he makes you feel so special and that’s one quality that you as an actor, celebrity and superstar really admire. As a fellow actor and audience I really admire the way he is with his fans — so much warmth and love – that is commendable. His charisma is magic!”
Alia’s first film of 2015, Shaandaar, releases in theatres next week.
I dont find Srk attractive at all. No interested in Dilwale or raees which is boring. Bajirao mastani for me instead of dilwale.

Yes, you are right Alia. SRK is people’s superstar as he came from a very common background and has been ruling this industry since last 20+ years or so. Even though a common guy reaches new heights, he never forgets his roots.
But sadly, the same can’t be told about spoon feeded stars (star kids). From the very beginning they will be used to prosperity and glamour around them and thus, their humbleness will be blown away with that atmosphere.

Alia bhatt is an amazing actress. She has done fabulous work in pulling off a hit in a done-to-death boring rom-com called 2states with flop arjun kapoor.
I got to praise alia bhatt just for her courage to sign a film with acter of stature called arjun kapoor. Without her performance,2states would have sunk and arjun kapoor would have been Zayed Khan. But no matter, he will soon be one as Ki n ka looks disaster recipe.
