The pace at which Akshay Kumar works is staggering! The superstar Akshay Kumar has started shooting for yet another film, ‘Singh Is Bling’ where he will be seen playing the role of a sardar.
The title of the film is inspired from one of Akshay’s biggest hits ‘Singh Is Kinng’, which released nearly 7 years ago in 2008.
‘Singh Is Bling’ is a romantic-action-comedy, directed by Prabhu Deva, who last directed Akshay in ‘Rowdy Rathore’. After the failure of ‘Action Jackson’, it remains to be seen if the director of films like ‘Wanted’ can make a successful comeback.

“In Patiala, started the day with Waheguru’s blessings at the Gurudwara and now it’s time for Day 1 of ‘Singh Is Bling’!” Akshay tweeted.
While Kriti Sanon was first cast to play the lead, she decided to let go of the film for Rohit Shetty’s upcoming Diwali release ‘Dilwale’. Amy Jackson and Lara Dutta were later signed to play important roles.
‘Singh Is Bling’ is scheduled to release in theatres on October 2nd, a national holiday for Gandhi Jayanti.

Ashvini Yardi, the producer of the film tweeted “The Singh Is Bling clapper with real crystals gets its finishing touches.”

Plus there is John’s Rocky Handsome and John has promised some hardcore never seen before action it..
So definitely not going to be easy for SIB.
We have seen that earlier also,a clash and that too if Wazir turns out to be a critically acclaimed one will be really tough to survive.
