Salman Khan has tweeted that the advance booking of ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ will begin tomorrow at multiplexes. The Sooraj Barjatya film releases in theatres on November 12.
In recent times, the collections from tickets sold in advance, of films starring Salman in the lead, has been more than the opening day collections of most actors in the industry.
The response to the advance booking of Bajrangi Bhaijaan was humongous, with trade sources putting the number at Rs 19-20 crore (for the entire weekend). His latest release, which is bigger than his previous film in terms of budget, scale and director, is expected to be higher in demand. More so because it releases on Diwali holiday, considered by many to be the best day for film business.
Last year, Shah Rukh Khan’s Happy New Year collected Rs 44.97 crore from all versions. It remains to be seen if PRDP can beat that total and set the record for the highest first day and highest single day collections.

Yes, from the reliable sources , I over heard that few oldies (like Naveena) and their gang is all set to march towards the theaters in huge numbers. But then they are not advanced enough to book their tickets online or over phone. So they will be booking it at the venue itself.
Apart from that, there is no spark at all among the youths. No body wants to see an outdated story with a flop hero (Niel Nitin Mukesh).
