Sonu Nigam has agreed to star in a film called Aakhon Aakhon Mein to be directed by his friend Akashdeep. After his almost forgettable stint in films like Jaani Dushman, Aap Hamare Hote and Love In Nepal, this extremely talanted singer has choosen this one film to act in.
Reportedly, Sonu had turned down the offer but after going through the script, he accepted it immediately and is very excited about the project. Sonu will start shooting for the movie as soon as he is back from his US tour
The film is based on a play called Titlee, directed by Alyque Padamsee and included Akashdeep himself along with Sharon Prabhakar as the cast.
