Kolkata Knight Riders will take on the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium on May 7th and team owner Shahrukh Khan won’t be allowed inside the stadium to cheer for his team.
Last year, Khan was banned from entering the stadium after he was involved in a brawl with the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) officials.
Talking to the media recently, SRK jokingly said “I don’t want to sound politically incorrect, but what will they do if I enter the stadium? Shoot me? Otherwise, I’ll have to wear masks. I’ll wear them with a false moustache and stuff like that. But I am not going to take any chances. I will wait outside and cheer for my boys. As long as my team is allowed inside, it’s fine. We will win the match.”
Now, the MCA officials have written a letter to the Mumbai police asking them to prevent SRK from entering the stadium.
“We wrote a letter to Marine Lines police station today asking them not to allow Shahrukh Khan inside the stadium tomorrow. This was after the police had asked us to send a letter to that effect” MCA President Ravi Savant told reporters on Monday.

MCA official did right thing by telling police to prevent SRK frm the stadium. Now tomorrow match will be special, Kolkatta players will fight for their owner and make MCA officials remember grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmothers and also all their grandfathers. I wish Sachin is not present in Mumbai team else i would have completely supported kolkatta but still wish Sachin score well but Mumbai lose.

It’s rather ridiculous that MCA will go to such lengths to prevent SRK from entering the stadium. Why can’t MCA just fine him for unruly behavior than prevent a team owner from coming to cheer his team?
Due to his arrogant nature, this guy has become undesirable everywhere…and is making a fool of himself and putting at stake all that he has achieved so far.
MCA officials is powerful but, shud learn to give some respect to team owners.
I remember last year SRK was totally drunk and abuse to security guard and one lady as well the whole drama sound is there on youtube such a cheap act by SRK.
