Luck has quite a few positives, which could ensure a decent to good opening at the box-office. The film has an interesting ensemble cast and is also the launch vehicle of the legendary Kamal Hassans\’s daughter Shruti Hassan.

Luck also stars Imran Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Ravi Kissen, Danny Denzongpa and Mithun Chakraborty. Directed by Soham Shah who last directed for Dharma Production’s Kaal in 2005, Luck releases on 24th July 2009.

An important meeting took place between the producers - (pictures below) Aamir, SRK, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt amongst others - and the multiplex owners. The good news is, according to some unconfirmed reports, the strike is over. Yes, you heard that right. Finally, we could have some Bollywood movie releases soon.

Its the producers - who demanded 50% in week 1, 45% in week 2 and 40% in week 3 - are the ones who seem to have compromised here as the losses they incurred since April 9th, touched close to Rs 300 crores.
