Kabir Khan has confirmed his film with Salman Khan. It’ll be the actor-director duo’s third film after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.
While Kabir has given Salman the biggest grosser of his career, it was Salman who took Kabir’s directorial career to the next level. Before Ek Tha Tiger, Kabir had directed films like ‘Kabul Express’ and ‘New York’.
There you go then, one of the biggest directors in the industry with the biggest megastar in India. Eid 2017 is the date.

This jodi created history with BB. So all the more reason to look forward to this movie.
Plus the fact that Kabir brought out a very fine performance from Salman in BB which was missing in a number of his movies lately increases the expectation from the new movie also.
Find it much more exciting than Sultan (even though it is pre mature to say that). May be it is the difference of directors in the two movies.

So this will be Salman’s 8th Eid release in 8 years . This will be Kabir’s 6th movie and 3rd with Salman . This movie will be produced by Salman Khan under his banner Salman Khan Films . One thing is clear that all the Khans are really obsessed with EDX . I don’t have any problem with EDX in fact EDX is a bonus but I feel one should not be too dependent on Holiday releases . Let’s hope Kabir makes this movie on the level of New York and BB and not as crap as ETT .

Hopefully it would be the 3rd consecutive good film to have released on EID after BB and Raees.
Both Kabir and Salman need each other.New York was Kabir’s best movie yet it was only a hit similarly Salman has been part of many blockbusters off late but none of them gave him the appreciation and respect that BB gave.
It was a rare gem which could be viewed multiple times on Television unlike his other one time watch movies.
There’s nothing better than the combo of a superstar and a competent director.

Kabir Khan is one of those rare filmmakers who has made quality and logical masala entertainers..So this film should be no different.I have liked all his films till date..but can it get bigger than this? As of now NO..but Only time will tell in future..there is a Raju hirani film releasing next year and I also hope that Aamir Khan releases his next after Dangal in 2017.. Also,Anand L Rai will be collaborating with Shahrukh Khan and he has bettered himself at the box office with his every previous outing..Akshay Kumar is coming with Robot 2.0 which is a very big film..the sequel of Bahubali is also in the pipeline..Ajay devgan will also bring yet another mega budget film Sons of sardar during diwali..
So it’s an interesting year up ahead..but before that lets see who takes the cake in 2016.
