SRK Upcoming Movies: 2012 – 2013

A quick update on all the upcoming movies of Shahrukh Khan in 2012 and 2013.

  • 2012: SRK is currently on a short break from work to support his IPL cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders. In June, the actor will start shooting for the second schedule of his film with Yash Chopra in London. The yet-to-be-titled film, also starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, will release during Diwali this year.
  • 2012 – 2013: Soon after he is done with the YRF film in July, SRK is keen on starting Chennai Express with Rohit Shetty in August. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.
  • 2013: Shahrukh is likely (unconfirmed) to produce and act in a film titled ABCD to be directed by his childhood friend Anil Senior.
  • 2013: SRK has also signed a film with Farah Khan, which they had planned to make before Om Shanti Om. Sources say, the film titled ‘Happy New Year’, might once again bring SRK and Katrina Kaif together. Note – After Chennai Express, he could decide to work on this film instead of ABCD.
  • 2013: There is a film based on mythological character of Karna as well. It’s unlikely to release before 2014.

In short, SRK has one release this year (Yash Chopra film) and two releases in 2013 (Chennai Express and ABCD).

Indicine, really appreciate this. Simple and quick update. May I also know the upcoming movies of Hrithik, Aamir and Akshay?

Amongst SRK movies, i am looking forward to Chennai Express the most. I didn’t like Om Shanti Om so no hopes from Happy New Year, don’t like Farah movies in general.

shahrukh is going to make a movie on mahabharata its a huge budget movie and will star many hollywood and bollywood faces the estimated budget will be 300 crores leonardo di caprio will be a hero too

they all will cross 200 crore mark globally as in past three years every of movie of srk has passed 200 crore worldwide like MNIK RA1 and DON2 so all will cross definitely 200 crore mark

shahrukh is not with aishwarya anymore in bajirao mastani, if you search up sonam in bajirao mastani on google you will find it. aishwarya was supposed to be in it but idk why she isnt anymore.

there is no confirmation for many srk movies but at least srk will have three releases in 2013.

These are some rumoured srk movies ( not confirmed ) :

1) two states

2) Dhyan chand Biopic

3) ar murgudose movie

4) movie with anurag kashyap

5) bijario mastani

6) another film with sanjay leela bansali

and many otherssss
