Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan who has been in the industry for more than 20 years, has never shot for any of his films, in the beautiful valley’s of Kashmir.
Now, for his upcoming film directed by Yash Chopra, SRK has started shooting for the film in Kashmir.
The 46 year old actor arrived at Srinagar airport and left to south Kashmir’s Pahalgam hill station in a chopper.
Although, Chopra and his crew reached Pahalgam four days back, the film shooting started only after Shahrukh’s arrival.
According to the reports, the next destination of shooting will be around and on the Dal Lake in summer capital Srinagar.

its really great that superstars like srk r trying to explore the beauty of kashmir valley…im from jammu and i have seen the place going through horrible periods….those times seem to be over…..we hv seen movies being shot in ladakh n superstars like aamir khan (3 idiots) and hritik roshan (lakshya) comming over there…i just want to say that apart from kashmir and ladakh,there r many other places having natural beauty in abundance …some of them are bhaderwah,kishtwar,patnitop,sanasar n many more…one of the old movies named norrie starring farookh sheikh was shot in bhaderwah…bt the sad thing here is that the J & K govt has been unresponsive and very lazy….i would say that its the most corrupt govt in india….otherwise this place has got huge potential…proper harnessing is required..n if that can be done…it has the chance of becomming another switzerland.
