Satyamev Jayate Episode 2 – Watch Online

After a overwhelming response to the first show that made the sensitive issue of female foeticide, a national topic of discussion, the second episode of Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate deals with ‘sexual abuse of children’.

The show starts with the tragic story of Anamika, who was sexually abused by her teacher. Followed by a shocking story of Cindrella Prakash, who was 12 years old when she was abused by her 55 year old man. Aamir also points out the fact that, more than 53% of all children are sexually abused.

Watch the full second episode of Satyamev Jayate and do tell us what you think. Can ‘sexual abuse of children’ also be the topic of discussion in the coming week? Will it make a difference to children undergoing abuse?

The episode is really very touching & is exact reality. It is seriously a big problem from the safety point of view of our children. I was aware of this problem but didn’t knew that how to help our children. But the workshop shown in this episode is a solution which I was trying to find out from many years. Now, I can say that I can help my child. You guys are doing a great job………..all the best……….we all are with you.

this show is real reality showing show..though everyone is already aware about this kind of abuse in society but still somehow they feels our family or our baby is safe..but as said by amir this is not confidence this is over confidence..so everyone should learn a lesson and should take a oath not letting our children to become the victim of such misconduct all because of our carelessness and over believing.
hear your child, take care of him/her with every person and of course educate them. show that they are always our priority, to listen them and to act to their words is our foremost priority in any way.
and don’t believe any one else. and please stop yourself if you are one of those criminals.

Aamir has overa period developed an art of extracting tears from the participants and inturn from the viewers too as it’s infectious. It’s obvious while doing so he as a filmmaker has to add an element of exaggaeration.

I beleive that people who are saying bad abt this issue and saying these figures are fake…r probably those who are themselves abusers because that is why they are trying to hide this topic… to draw people’s attention away from the topic….

I really think this topic needs a lot of attention and parents should support their children …I am in usa and here students are taught about thses safety rules in schools….I really appreciate the satyemev jayate team to highlight this topic in India……

Kudos to Aamir….

Dear Mr Khan,
Thank you for a great topic again and a well organized show that was very emotive and touching. I was brought up in a boarding school run by Fathers, Brothers ,Nuns etc during the 70s,80s and it is not a very uncommon happening in different institutions as they are well documented cases in numerous western countries. That is why there are strict laws enacted specially in these countries. Thus the pedophile community is moving to countries where there are no stiff laws at present such that they may be able to continue on with this practice as seen in some cases in Thailand and some other Asian nations. India has to be aware of this, and our simplistic lifestyle and poverty should not benefit these predators. As of our own pedophiles, they should be made an example of such that the others may think twice before undergoing such a filthy deed.
