Naam Shabana has exceeded expectations at the box office. The film has collected a little more than 5 crore on its opening day, making it the 5th highest opening day of 2017 – lower than the big films like Raees, Jolly LLB 2, Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Kaabil. But more importantly, the film has performed better than films like Rangoon, Ok Jaanu and Phillauri.
The factor that helped Naam Shabana at the box office was the presence of Akshay Kumar in the promos. It seems to have added around 25-30% to the collections, even though the reports for the film aren’t very positive and the evening growth seems to be more because of the star and not word-of-mouth coming into play.
With a decent starting point, the next two days (Saturday and Sunday) will be crucial for Naam Shabana. The film needs to collect upwards of 40 crore and for that it needs to get to a 20 crore first weekend.

Dangal has done 3.09 million NT$ which is equal to 0.103mUS$ in first weekend from 24-26 mar.it reqd 0.13m$ to break D3 before taiwan release.it must have broken D3 in overseas by now.
