Madhur Bhandarkar the director of ‘Heroine’ and lead actress Kareena Kapoor grace the cover of Ping for January 2012.
The film is a very ambitious project for both of them. Madhur who usually makes movies based on real life incidents says that Heroine is a contemporary film which reveals the underbelly of the movie industry and its well-kept secrets. The mega budget flick produced by UTV is expected to release in September 2012.
On the cover, Kareena appears very casual in a simple top. For a change, Bebo looks impressive without make up! Madhur is seen in casuals too.
The film though, will present the ultra glamorous side of Kareena.
A commendable director like Madhur, directing a versatile actress like Bebo for a performance-oriented role, they both are going to create what they rightly say ‘Jalwa’
