“I dont want to be No 1″ – Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar in a recent interview has said, he is least interested in the so-called race for the King of Bollywood. The superstar who began this year with box-office flops like Chandni Chowk to China and 8X10 Tasveer, made a comeback with Kambakht Ishq, which received a bumper opening, although the week 1 box-office figures continue to be quite controversial.
When quizzed about his re-entry into the race of the number one actor in Bollywood today, the actor said “You know what, anyone who wants it, please have it! I beg you, be No 1, anyone for that matter. I want no part of it. I was happy when I was not a contender, I am the last guy who is interested in being No 1. Shahrukh, Aamir, Hrithik, Salman, Abhishek.. enjoy, you dont have to worry about me. I just want to make movies and go home, so you guys figure it out. I support you all…”
In our opinion, there is no No 1 actor in Bollywood today.. Akshay, Shahrukh, Aamir and Hrithik.. are all capable of breaking previous box-office records with every release, which is great for the industry. What do you think? Post your comments below…

Hrithik rox!! he deserves to be no. 1 but he will decline because he has such a good heart. i can’t really say anything because all those actors r good but in my opinion most of them do it because they want fame they want money, they might be good ppl. But hrithik is the only 1 who doesn’t make a million movies, the ones he does are always the best. Hrithik just wants to go with the flow and be good at wut he does he doesn’t do it for a title!!

Akshay Kumar is the Nr. 1 King of Bollywood. He is the biggest King of Bollywood. Because of his “Hard work”.

u all need a reality check seriously, a 3rd grader can make a better movie than movies in which akshay acts seriously,most of the hindi movies to day r nothing more than a mere embarassment…on the top of that they want an oscar…!! ya right!! give me a break,the only guy in bollywood who makes sensible movies and who knows whats acting is bout is AAMIR KHAN…..minus him bollywood is nothing but a circus!!!…

I agree with u Indicine Team..these 4 superstars are the biggest heros of bollywood.. difficult to classify them.. which one comes first.. if they all rock the box office in the same way.. so there’s no number 1.. there must be the top 3 or 5 actors.. and people must forget about these titles.. king of bollywood.. whatever.. why hollywood don’t hv such titles for their actors?! just learn from them guys and stop fighting.
And.. which actor is our favourite.. that’s nothing to do with the rating… for me if Shahrukh is also no. 5 or no. 10.. I still consider him the best and love him the most.. am I right Bejul? I think u agree with me.
